A nice souvenir of our trip to Stonehaven. These should be in the local shops for purchase. We passed this to several families in the caravan park in Stonehaven, very popular

I was amazed my son finished them, he never reads a full book, the size was perfect , certainly for my 10 year old. will pack more for next holiday..Ha Ha.

This was realy good, the name of the streets were funny. There is certainly much more to Toryglen than meets the eye, great wee story about a great wee place!

In fact I am friends with the author so I may be a little biased but while reading this book I saw into the authors mind and how he was able to confront such difficult times in his life. I found that I had some things in common with Dave that I also had some difficult things to accept in my childhood yet I felt my childhood wasn’t that bad. I had a few giggles and laughs but also felt heart torn. It really does make you understand what intact many childhoods for many of us out there are actually like but it makes us into the adults you see today. My partners mother loves the book as she was brought up at a similar time and she had hardships too. Would recommend to my family and many of my friends. It’s a real giggle and tear jerker.

My children enjoyed this. We bought the book before we travelled to Scotland on holiday.

Fun Series of Books

These are really good, we enjoyed reading them. I am looking forward to the new fictional novel “I Know You Are There.” heard good reviews from Australia.

I was recommended these from a neighbour , prior to a holiday to Florida. I dreaded keeping my two kids occupied on the long flight. Thank you, thank you Mr Downie del. The children loved them, I only had to deal with the bickering over who would read which one,,,,
