Morning sunlight drifted through Tea Blossom Grove, turning every petal into a tiny lantern. Adeline Teawing twirled between the flowers, her circular wings glowing like halos as they caught the light. In her hands, she held her favourite porcelain teacup — painted with pink blossoms and just the right size for her tiny fingers.

“Today,” she declared proudly, “I will carry my tea all the way to the Lantern Glade without spilling a single drop.”
The flowers rustled as if trying not to laugh.
Adeline took one careful step… then another… then— TWIRL! She spun in delight, unable to resist the music of the morning breeze. A splash of warm rose‑petal tea leapt from her cup.
“Oh no!” she gasped. “Not again!”

Just then, Pixie Tartanwing appeared, violin tucked under her arm. “Practising your balance?” she asked gently.
“I’m trying,” Adeline sighed. “But my feet want to dance more than they want to walk.”
Pixie smiled. “Then maybe you should let them.” She lifted her violin and played a soft, lilting tune. The air shimmered with colour as her tartan wings rippled with music.
Adeline’s wings brightened in response, tiny orbs of light swirling around her.
Without thinking, Adeline began to dance — slow, graceful steps that matched the melody. And something magical happened.
Her tea didn’t spill.
In fact, it glowed.
Her Tea Charm warmed the cup, steadying it as she moved. The tea shimmered like liquid sunlight, swirling in perfect rhythm with her steps.
Pixie’s eyes widened. “Adeline… you’re doing it!”

Adeline giggled, twirling again — this time with confidence. Her wings cast circles of calming light across the grove, and even the fireflies paused to watch.
She danced all the way to the Lantern Glade, tea still warm and perfectly full. The older elves gathered around, smiling as she finished with a proud curtsy.
Elder Thistlethorn bowed deeply. “My dear Adeline, you have brewed joy itself.”
Adeline beamed. “I didn’t spill a drop!”
Pixie nudged her playfully. “Because you stopped trying to not dance… and started dancing the way only you can.”
Adeline lifted her teacup high. “Then tomorrow, I’ll dance it all the way to the marsh!” The elves laughed — not because they doubted her, but because with Adeline Teawing, even the impossible had a habit of becoming wonderfully, joyfully real.

Beneath the canopy of glowing lantern‑flowers, the elders raise their hands and chant softly, summoning threads of light that descend like living silk. Adeline and Pixie stand together at the centre of the glade, their wings shimmering as the lanterns release golden streams that weave around them in circles of warmth and belonging. Fireflies hover like tiny witnesses, petals drift upward in reverence, and the stream reflects every flicker of light — until the entire grove glows as one, a living tapestry of blessing and unity.
